Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation we will always do our best to relet rooms. If we are unsuccessful the following charges will apply.
7 days notice or more. No charge.
48 hours-7days notice. First night payable.
Less than 48 hours or no show. Full payment.

You may wish to consider taking out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Sculthorpe Moor nature reserve and Pensthorpe Place near Fakenham are a perfect day out. Visit the Grey and Common Seals from Morston quay . Wildlife lovers are spoilt for choice.

Sandringham House belongs to the Royal Family and is their favourite country retreat. The hall was purchased in 1862 by Queen Victoria and was then redesigned for the Prince of Wales (Edward VII).
