Family room, Double bed plus an additional single bed if required. Ensuite shower room.

Guest Room 4:

Sunny west facing double bed ensuite shower room. Overlooking recreation ground.

Guest Room 5:

South facing twin bedded room, ensuite bathroom with mixer shower over. Views to garden.

All rooms have TV, complimentary refreshment tray, bottled water and toiletries.

In the event of cancellation we will always do our best to relet rooms. If we are unsuccessful the following charges will apply.

7 days notice or more.	No charge.
48 hours-7days notice.	First night payable.
Less than 48 hours or no show.	Full payment.

Norfolk Wildlife

Visit the Grey and Common Seals by boat from Morston quay .Welney Wetland Centre is a winter home to Whooper and Bewick's swans from Iceland and Arctic Russia also Pensthorpe Place with its birds are just some of the great days out. Wildlife lovers are spoilt for choice.

Norfolk History

Sandringham House belongs to the Royal Family and is their favourite country retreat. The hall was purchased in 1862 by Queen Victoria and was then redesigned for the Prince of Wales (Edward VII).
